چکیده
Ovarian cancer is considered to be the most malignant and aggressive tumor of female reproductive system, which largely associated with early development ascites peritoneal carcinomatosis. Cancer cells representing primary focus, as well those contained in ascitic fluid, are extremely heterogeneous terms morphological, immunohistochemical, molecular genetic aspects. stem play a significant role self-renewal, differentiation, metastasis, chemoresistance. This literature review aimed at summarizing available data on ovarian their progression. A bioinformatic search was carried out PubMed, NCBI, Google Scholar, eLibrary databases using keywords “cancer cells”, “ovarian cancer”, “malignant ascites”, “chemoresistance”, etc. The presented make it possible comprehensively characterize cell properties cells. presents up-to-date information biological parameters cancer, cellular component ascites, from authors’ studies. Along this, article describes modern ideas about mechanisms formation spheroids contribution an promising target future therapeutic strategies based study signaling pathways cells, spheroid formation, immune acquisition properties.

متن کاملRole of mesenchymal stem cells in growth and progression of cancer and prospective potentials in cancer therapy
Introduction: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are present in most tissues of the body. These cells are involved in various biological processes, such as maintaining tissue homeostasis and wound healing. Recent studies have shown that tumor associated MSCs (TA-MSCs) are also present in tumor microenvironment (TME) of most solid tumors. MSCs have a strong tendency to migration toward tumor tissues....
